What should I do if I lose my Shoeboxed envelopes?

If you lose your Shoeboxed Mail-In envelope, you should request a replacement envelope by sending us an email to mail-in[at]team.shoeboxed.com or calling our office at 1-888-369-4269. Soon you will be able to report a lost envelope from your Envelope Tracking page. Please note that you can send your receipts, business cards, and documents to us at any time in your own envelopes, though you will be responsible for the shipping charges. 

Also, note that we do not provide Shoeboxed envelopes for Lite users. If you are a Lite user, you should always send your receipts, business cards, and documents to Shoeboxed in your own envelopes.
