How to use Shoeboxed with IAC-EZ:
Just go to Import/Export to enter the Shoeboxed Import Center. Follow the instructions, and your receipts will be translated into IAC-EZ entries, and your business cards into contacts!
- When you click on the sign-in button, it will take you to the shoeboxed log-in page. Just be sure to check the box to allow the transfer to IAC-EZ.
- After the transfer is complete – you will be given choices for what to do next. And, you will see how many items there are to process.
- You don’t need to worry about having different categories set-up in shoeboxed, just go into the “Map Categories” page, and you can link the corresponding categories to your IAC-EZ categories.
- To process your receipts, click on the link in your “Items to Process” box, check the box for the items to import, choose the category (if needed), and click “Import Selected”.
- Once you process your receipt and save it, it will be entered into your outgoing entries.
- Then you can simply return to your Shoebox Import Center, and click the button to import your business cards…again, it will show a link for “items to process”.
- Process your contact data, and all your business cards are now contacts!
